Silver Comet Trails’

Enjoy the peace and quiet on Silver Comet Trails’ over 60 miles of paved, non-motorized, paths. Whether you’re a walker, hiker, bicyclist, rollerblader, horse rider or dog walker, you’ll love exploring this free, conveniently located amenity.

It is 13 miles northwest of Atlanta. There is no cost for Silver Comet Trails. This trail travels through Cobb, Paulding, and Polk counties. There aren’t any motorized vehicles allowed. This trail is for hikers bicyclists, walkers, rollerbladers dog walkers and horses.  It is also wheelchair accessible.

This trail is a whopping  61.5 miles long. The Mavell Road Trailheadin in Smyrna, Georgia is where it starts. Georgia/Alabama state line is where it ends. Read more
